Dear Mr Banks
OBJECTION TO PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT: LAND WEST OF UPPER COURT ROAD, BOSBURY
APPLICATION REFERENCE NUMBER P141550/OI agree some further housing should be provided in settlements such as Bosbury to meet the current housing shortfall. However, I consider the size and location of the proposed development is not acceptable for the following reasons:-(insert here any concerns you may have with the proposal. This could relate to matters such as:)
• the size of the development compared to Bosbury;
• the lack of facilities in the village to serve the development;
• significant impact on listed buildings and the conservation area;
• poor access from Forge Bank;
• impact on the character of Bosbury such as its single linear layout;
• drainage or flooding.
• Impact on residential amenity (e.g. noise, disturbance, traffic, loss of privacy)(Ideally your comments should be presented as a concise list of issues but feel free to explain in a way that you feel best presents your concerns.)These concerns significantly outweigh any benefits the proposal may have and would result in an unsustainable form of development contrary to national and local planning policy. The planning application should therefore be refused.

Yours Sincerely
